Dr. Phil Harper was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He got his undergraduate education at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. Dr. Harper and his wife Amanda moved from Utah to Louisville, Kentucky to attend dental school. After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2007, Dr. Harper worked in Twin Falls with another dentist. After several months, Dr. Harper realized he wanted to own and grow a large practice that catered to all patients, especially the high fear patients. He decided to move his family back to Idaho Falls and that is where he opened up the first Comfort Care Dental. Since then, Dr. Phil has branched out and is working with other dentists to offer a Comfort Care Dental in Pocatello. Patients of Dr. Harper say that his caring personality and kind nature that make him such a great dentist. He is very excited that he has been able to grow this practice quickly, and will soon be opening the doors this September to a much bigger office in Idaho Falls to better care for his patients. Dr. Harper is a member of multiple dental organiations and associations and has already recieved numerous awards. Dr. Harper likes to spend his spare time with his wife Amanda and his two children, Sydney and Austin. Dr. Phil also enjoys golfing and traveling.
